$500 credit will be added to your invoice the following month after your referral has completed 60 days of service.
- Referral Eligibility:
- Referral credit is only applicable to existing customers who refer new customers to our company.
- Referrers must be current customers with an active account in good standing.
- Referral Redemption:
- Referral credit will be awarded to the referrer once the referred customer completes a qualifying action (signing up for a service).
- Referral credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary value.
- The referrer will receive the referral credit as specified in the referral program guidelines.
- Referral Limits:
- There may be a limit on the number of referrals a customer can make within a specified time period.
- Referral credit will only be awarded for new customers who have not previously used our products or services.
- Expiration and Modifications:
- Referral credit may have an expiration date and must be used within a specified timeframe.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the referral program will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels.
- Fraudulent Referrals:
- Referral credit will not be awarded for referrals that are deemed fraudulent, including but not limited to self-referrals or referrals from the same household.
- We reserve the right to disqualify or revoke referral credit if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Miscellaneous:
- Referral credit is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- All decisions regarding the referral program, eligibility, and credit issuance are at our sole discretion.
