Michelle is passionate about helping individuals and teams reach peak performance. She began her career in 2009 at an e-commerce startup, where she learned the value of working smart and maximizing limited resources. That resourceful mindset continues to guide her work today as she partners with businesses nationwide to scale effectively and build stronger People Operations.
Beyond the day job, Michelle brings that same energy and discipline to the gym as a certified Personal Trainer. A bi-coastal native now settled in Arizona, she enjoys life with her husband and their pup.
